Implementation of the gross building structure BD Panorama Kociánka

The bachelor thesis deals with the construction of the upper carcass of the apartment building Panorama Kociánka in Brno. The project consists of the technical regulations of vertical and horizontal constructions complemented with the design of mechanical set, schedule of realisation and itemized budget of the structural system. Moreover, an engineering report of site equipment, including site equipment drawing, was elaborated for the given technological stage. The thesis also describes the quality demands of executed operations and construction safety demands. The chapter dealing with the extra assignment consists of alternative design of exterior building envelope - ventilated facade. The compositions of building envelope were compared based on economical demands, including expert thermo - technical reports of both constructions.

Small boilers as a source for family houses

The paper summarizes the basic parameters of boilers with low power for use in family homes. The boilers are divided into chapters according to the used fuel (gas, solid fuels, liquid fuels, biomass, pellets...). For each boiler there are basic characteristics, dimensions, methods of attachment to the wall or floor and if hot water heating is integrated. It is also characterized by a boiler heating system, i.e. the flue requirements, size and location of the water supply for heating. In another part there is an assessment of economic and environmental aspects of boilers. From an economic perspective I focus on a fuel economy and from an ecological mainly on the ratio of fuel efficiency and pollutants emitted into the air.

Implementation of the gross superstructure of residential house in Boskovice

The bachelor thesis deals with the realization of the upper gross construction of the apartment house in Boskovice. The content of the thesis is the technological regulations for vertical and horizontal constructions, a detailed schedule and an itemized budget. Due to its great demands on quality of building construction and safety during building itself there are included chapters dealing with this issue in the thesis. The thesis also contains a technical report of the construction site including its technical drawing. The chapter that deals with different assignment is drawn up alternative design of outside cladding of the building. It consists of two variants: with or without thermal insulation. This is a price comparison and a comparison of the heat transfer by individual constructions. The draft is complemented by relevant details.

This essay is outlining some problems with project education and possibilities of pupils of practical school in this area. Intention of this essay is to describe how we can apply environmental education in the form of simple projects which are based on cooperation, that all in the area of special education. The goal is to provide an outline and inspiration for theoretical and practical processing of project. A partial goal is to outline area of education of mental disable pupils. There is specification of two projects in the practical part on which will the pupils of two-year practical school collaborate. Outcome of the practical part is in the examination of usefulness of project in process of teaching the environmental education. Overview of phylogeny, systematics and diversity of genus Ulva (Ulvophyceae) and biotechnological use of these algae

The genus Ulva represents a remarkable group of organisms, with number of species. It belongs to the class Ulvophyceae, one of the major groups of chlorophytic green algae and it is characterized by a typical dual morphology and isomorphic haplo-diplontic life cycle. This work is a summary of existing knowledge related to this algal genus with regard to the phylogeny, diversity and ecology, which is relatively interesting due to the ability of these algae to adapt to a wide range of abiotic conditions. It also focuses on the development of thallus morphology of these algae, especially with relation to an interesting and very important role of symbiotic bacteria in this process and, last but not least, on the biotechnological utilization that has great potential for the future, especially in terms of the utilization of Ulva as an alternative renewable energy source, a food supplement with high content of important proteins, minerals and vitamins, or as a source of polysaccharides, the so-called "ulvans", which are now investigated for their biological activity and application in human medicine.
